Full Moon in Aries- Ritual Part 2- Revitalise

Greetings, beloved soul!

Purpose: This ritual focuses on healing and growth through the four growth points associated with the Full Moon in Aries. It incorporates chakra visualisation to promote balance and transformation, along with tailored journaling prompts linked to each growth point for reflection and actionable steps.

Materials Needed:

  • Candle: A red or orange candle (representing Aries energy and passion). October candle for monthly subscribers.
  • Magick Oils: STORM/ Veil Vision/ Full Moon (for clarity) and Golden Heart/ Super Boundary/ Heart Gate (for calming).
  • Magick Sprays: Chakra sprays (all or any)
  • Paper and Pen: To write down the triggers you wish to release.
  • Small Bowl of Water: For purification.
  • *Optional Crystals: Black tourmaline (for protection), rose quartz (for self-love), and amethyst (for spiritual awareness).
  • Chakra Chart: For visualisation symbolism.

Ritual Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Space:

    • Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Cleanse the space by burning incense or using sage.
    • Set up your altar with the candle, crystals, and other materials.

  2. Grounding:

    • Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths. Visualise roots extending from your body into the earth, grounding you and connecting you to its energy.

  3. Light the Candle:

    • As you light the candle, say a prayer or intention to invite clarity, healing, and the release of triggers.
  • Write Down Your Growth Points:

    • On the piece of paper, write down the four growth points you wish to embrace:
      1. Healing Through Vulnerability (Chiron Conjunction)
      2. Embracing Transformative Change (Pluto Influence)
      3. Balancing Independence with Collaboration (Sun in Libra, Yod Activation)
      4. Strategic Action Under Pressure (Grand Cross Dynamics)
    • Acknowledge each point as you write it down, recognising its importance in your journey.
  • Chakra Cleansing and Visualisation:

    • Root Chakra (Muladhara):

      • Visualise a warm orange light at the base of your spine, grounding you. Focus on strategic action under pressure.
      • Journaling Prompt: "In moments of pressure, what grounding techniques can I implement to ensure I make thoughtful decisions? Describe a recent situation where I felt rushed and what I could have done differently to act strategically (according to your DNA)."

    • Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana):

      • Picture a vibrant orange light in your lower abdomen, inviting healing through vulnerability.
      • Journaling Prompt: "What past emotional wounds am I ready to acknowledge and heal? How can I express my emotions more authentically and allow myself to be vulnerable in my relationships?"

    • Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura):

      • Envision a bright yellow light in your solar plexus, empowering you to embrace transformative change.
      • Journaling Prompt: "What outdated patterns or beliefs am I ready to release? What steps can I take to empower myself and embrace the changes I want to see in my life? Describe how I will celebrate my progress."

    • Heart Chakra (Anahata):

      • Visualise a gentle green light expanding from your heart, fostering balance between independence and collaboration.
      • Journaling Prompt: "How can I communicate my needs while also being open to the needs of others? Reflect on a recent interaction where I felt my independence clashed with collaboration; what can I learn from it?"

    • Throat Chakra (Vishuddha):

      • Imagine a soft blue light in your throat, allowing you to communicate your needs clearly.
      • Journaling Prompt: "In what ways can I express my truth more clearly and courageously? What fears hold me back from sharing my authentic voice, and how can I work to overcome them?"

    • Third Eye Chakra (Ajna):

      • Visualise an indigo light at the centre of your forehead, enhancing your intuition and understanding of transformations.
      • Journaling Prompt: "What intuitive insights can I rely on when faced with challenges? Describe a time when I ignored my intuition under pressure; what will I do differently next time to trust my inner guidance?"

    • Crown Chakra (Sahasrara):

      • Envision a radiant violet light above your head, connecting you to divine guidance.
      • Journaling Prompt: "How can I deepen my spiritual connection to better support my personal growth? Reflect on any spiritual practices that resonate with me and how they can help me embrace transformation."
  • Affirm Your Intentions:

    • As you focus on each chakra, recite a corresponding affirmation for each growth point:
      • Healing Through Vulnerability: “I embrace my vulnerabilities as pathways to strength and healing.”
      • Embracing Transformative Change: “I welcome change as an opportunity for personal empowerment and growth.”
      • Balancing Independence with Collaboration: “I honour my needs while fostering authentic connections with others.”
      • Strategic Action Under Pressure: “I choose to act thoughtfully and deliberately, even in challenging times.”
  • Release and Manifest:

    • Hold the paper with your growth points over the flame of the candle (safely) and say:
      • “I release what no longer serves me and invite growth and healing into my life.”
    • Allow the paper to burn, symbolically releasing your intentions into the universe.
  • Purification:

    • After the paper has burned, place the ashes in the small bowl of water. As you do, visualise the water absorbing the energy of your intentions, transforming them into healing energy.
  • Reflection:

    • Spend a few moments in silence, allowing the energy of the ritual to settle. Feel the shifts within your body and mind. You can also meditate on the emotions that arise.
  • Close the Ritual:

    • Thank any energies or guides that you called upon during the ritual. Snuff out the candle, symbolising the closing of this energetic space.
  • Follow-Up:

    • Keep the crystals close to you in the days following the ritual, and use the magick oils or magick sprays in your personal care routine as a reminder of your intention to heal and grow.

  • Final Reflection: As you conclude, you might say: “I am open to healing, growth, and transformation. My chakras are aligned, and I embrace the journey ahead.”
